“Decent”

The location is right next and convenient to explore Orchard, near 711, Starbucks, Coffee bean for a quick breakfast. Room is spacious and the staff was nice lending us 2 electric adapters. A bit far from the nearest MRT (~500-650m) and there is a construction nearby I couldn’t sleep pass 8 every morning . And dont know why but the staff give us the room at the dead end of the maze corridor

Location – close to shops, staff friendly and efficient, service excellent, Kam Boat restaurant good. I had to ask for a room that had a shower only because I had trouble using a bathtub shower, that is, a shower within a bathtub. The staff moved me to such a room (room 1014) the next day. It is much appreciated. Just a few suggestions to improve the rooms I was staying in. They are not complaints. In room 433, I suggest the shower curtain be refreshed or washed. It smells musty. In room 1014m I suggest there would be more hooks in the bathroom so towels could be hung to dry; currently there is only one. The fridge should be checked as it is warm externally even though it works internally. The pillows need refreshing; even after the covers were changed they still smell ‘musty’.

The property was central to Orchard Road Road shopping centres. Central to pick up and drop off for tours and all the staff were very courteous. Nil
