How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was a beautiful location close to Crystal Bay. The ladies did their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was simple but well‑prepared. There was also a pool and you could walk to the beach for sunset. The adjacent restaurant was also great for food.

The bed was still fairly decent. The reception was unfriendly and not accessible. The garden wifi was poor, the environment was dull, the house was boring, it was missing a hook for hanging towels in the shower, no trash bin, no outlet in the shower area. The air‑conditioner worked poorly. The towels were not clean.

The staff were very friendly. The restaurant next to the accommodation was also very good and the cocktails even better. The garden and pool were very pretty and well‑maintained. The bathroom lighting was very poor and the bed was a bit hard (personal preference).

Location was really good, there was a really nice restaurant outside the hotel. Food was amazing! Pool was lovely. Big comfortable bed and lovely AC. They offer good prices on activities which was pretty handy. The bathroom was not working besides the flush of the toilet and the shower. Basin tap was broken and i fix the toilet seat on arrival, so that was good afterwards. Also i understand we were on an island but the wifi was not great. But we managed around it

The hotel’s welcome was warm and it’s only a 5‑minute walk to Crystal Bay beach, offering great value and a very relaxing vibe.
