“Bad”

Very bad experience. The window blinds controls did not work, leaving the window wide open to view the outside, and the room is on the first floor. When I complained to the front desk lady and asked if they could solve the problem, she said they knew the issue existed and had received complaints earlier, and that she could not do anything to fix it. Putting a room with problems online is a shame, and what was worse was the attitude. The front desk lady was totally indifferent to the issue. Avoid the hotel.

“We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room in general, but not the noise.noi”

The location was great – very close to the church for the wedding we attended. The room was nice, spacious and comfy. However, it wasn’t very soundproof. I was surprised to see a door for a possible adjoining room, which I think added to the noise. The conversations the gentleman next door had on the phone could easily be heard in our room, lasting until after midnight. I was also surprised that we could see the light from his room under the door. My granddaughter was really looking forward to swimming after our busy day, but the pool was ice cold. Other guests told us the heater wasn’t working. It would have been nice to know even though we booked the room. There was no continental breakfast, but we knew that ahead of time. Please read the paragraph above – basically the noise and freezing pool.

The room was large, comfortable, and well situated, but the lobby food options could have been improved.

“In town for baby shower”

The spot is nice and quiet, but the pool was freezing—whether that was at the end of July or the beginning of August is unclear. For $254/night, breakfast should be included and a warm pool is essential 😬.
