The hotel had a clean feel, but the traffic along the river was loud, so I rate it 6.0/10.

The water issue that happened last time was fixed; they always respond positively; after checkout, I saw the windows open for ventilation, which is good. However, they said not to open the windows, but the outer side of the double‑pane windows still shows the sun, so it would be better to clean that part. I give it a 7.0/10.

The hotel’s proximity to the station and nearby restaurants was a big plus, and the beds were separated, which I liked. On the downside, I had no control over the over‑the‑air conditioning, so I got hot at times, and the stairways lacked railings.

I chose the hotel for its location, and the room was surprisingly clean for the price. The air conditioning was just right, and when I couldn’t check out in person I called via video chat and the staff connected instantly and handled it quickly. However, both check‑in and check‑out suffered from confusing network errors—screens didn’t show where to slide, the first screen didn’t display my name, and overall the interface was hard to follow. I also found no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t keep cold drinks for the morning; a refrigerator would be a welcome addition.
