“I'm sorry, but the fact isn't that good”

I had high hopes for my stay at this hotel, given its strategic location and friendly staff. However, things didn't quite live up to my expectations. It was misleadingly advertised that breakfast in bed was available, but it turned out that wasn't the case. The restaurant didn't even open until 10 am, so I couldn't get any breakfast at the hotel. To make matters worse, the dust under the bed was disgusting, and the toilet floor wasn't draining properly.

“Good for money”

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel, which offered a good location and value for the price. The room was also clean, which was a big plus. However, there were a couple of issues that I encountered. The hot water system took a long time to warm up, and the drainage wasn't great, often flooding the bathroom while waiting for the water to warm up. It was a bit of a hassle, but overall, I was happy with my stay.

“Nice centralized city hotel to explore Semarang for 2-3 days but not more”

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, which catered perfectly to my family's needs. The family room with bunk beds was a huge hit with my kids, and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The location was also central and close to food and entertainment, making it easy for us to explore Semarang. The room was spacious, and the water dispenser in the lobby was a nice touch.
