How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The suite on the top floor was fantastic, especially the large roof terrace; everything was very clean, and the beds were truly superb and comfortable. On the downside, the breakfast staff were sometimes grumpy, and the buffet was nearly empty when guests arrived, requiring guests to actively ask for refills (not at the end of breakfast time).

Nothing at all. The place was extremely dirty, infested with bugs, hygiene was terrible, breakfast was weak and not worth the price, and the staff were very indifferent and uninterested.

The only thing that mattered was its proximity to the city center. The hotel was filthy and never cleaned; hygiene was disappointing. Breakfast was sparse and dirty, with insects and spider webs on the plants. When I pointed it out to the staff, they were utterly indifferent.

The room was clean and modern. I think they should add a small fridge; there’s a gap below that would fit one perfectly. I also didn’t like that the window couldn’t be opened – I wouldn’t stay in a room with a closed window again.
