“Long weekend in Eastbourne”
The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the sea view was great with the beach just across the road; the room also had a fridge.

We were delighted with the Iverna and had requested a high room with a sea view; we received both! The stairs were a bit steep, but the view across the sea made it worthwhile. The room was bright and airy, beautifully decorated in fresh blue, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable with fresh white sheets and pillows, and the shower had plenty of fresh towels. A table and two chairs by one window let us enjoy tea overlooking the beach, while the other window offered a view of the pier; tea/coffee facilities were available, plus a microwave and plates, knives, forks, and spoons for extra snacks. The location was ideal—a short walk along the seafront to many restaurants, bars, and cafés. We would definitely book this room again if we returned to Eastborne; it exceeded our expectations. There was nothing we didn't like—the stay was perfect and the weather was perfect as well.

A centrally located, light hotel in genuine English style; authentic and very good for two nights. I received what I expected and paid for.

A lovely, comfortable room with a balcony and fridge; dog friendly. Opposite the beach with everything on your doorstep, and the fantastic host made us feel very welcome.
