I was surprised to have our room serviced; we haven't had that since Covid. I was also surprised it was a motel—I expected a hotel with an elevator. But the rooms were big, had everything we needed, plenty of space, plugs, even a freezer in the fridge, and another thing you don’t usually get.

Overall it was fine, clean, quiet, and good value for money, but the hotel was a bit old‑fashioned. Breakfast started before 9:30, which is quite early.

The front desk manager was very welcoming. The hotel was basic but quite tired. Our mattress sunk into the middle and needs to be replaced. The bathroom fan is very noisy. Our room needs to be painted. The weatherstripping on our door was so bad that you could see daylight through the gaps
