The spot was dreamy, the breakfast was very appealing and tasty. I booked a lakeside view but only got a side view and had to look at the parking lot; the description only mentioned a lakeside view, so that could be clarified. The spa was pricey, but it was offered, which was fine.

The building feels a bit old, but the location and friendly staff make up for it. We stayed in a loft‑under‑the‑roof room, which was perfectly fine for one night. The beds were excellent, and the bathroom will probably get a renovation soon. We’ve had several stopovers in Malente, and Seerose still offers the best breakfast so far—definitely a place to stay a bit longer.

Great spot right on Dieksee. The suite in the main house was very spacious. The bathroom, complete with a whirlpool tub and infrared sauna, was also large and well‑equipped with toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide buffet selection, and various egg dishes were freshly prepared.

The staff were very friendly, the apartments were huge, and the view of Dieksee was lovely. The beds were big and comfortable, so we slept very well in a quiet setting. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide range of sausages and cheeses, a beautifully arranged fruit platter, and an equally nice vegetable platter—by far the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. Nothing negative.

The fantastic location and view. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and roomy. We especially liked that smoking was allowed on the balcony.
