How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I didn’t like anything about this place, so I have no positive comments. In my opinion it doesn’t deserve to be on the platform or I would rather call it a hostel than a hotel. The price charged was absolutely wrong. There were inserts everywhere in the toilet and cleaning was bad; the room was smelly.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when we needed help, making our stay went smoothly. Sonia was so quickly provided a fan when the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly. The hotel's location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to bus stops, trains (Metro) to the city and to the airport. The hotel terrace is also very comfortable, clean, and tidy—a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. It would be convenient and helpful if a kettle is provided in the room for a quick tea or coffee

The place is in a great spot right next to the airport, and it’s a standard transit hotel with hot water and a bathroom, plus toiletries and towels. But it’s really noisy—people come and go around the clock, and you can hear doors slam all over the building, which often wakes you up at night.

The service was outstanding; the lady was a perfect 10/10.
