“Exceptional family getaway.”
We had a fantastic family getaway; the place was close enough to town yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The house had everything we needed to make the stay exceedingly comfortable.

The place is beautiful and clean, but it is very, very cold.
The little fireplace in the living room warmed the space nicely and added a cozy vibe.

The house is huge, beautiful, with a lovely view and garden. The kitchen is well stocked, check‑in is easy, and the host offers great recommendations. Beds are comfortable, the patio is lovely, and the photos match the reality. The downside is that the house feels very cold; we stayed in winter and sometimes it was warmer outside than inside. Insulation is poor, even though there are space heaters, a fireplace, and electric blankets. Other winter stays in Clarens didn’t have this issue.
