“Overall great get away”
While I appreciated the efforts to cater to non-pork eaters, the sports bar food could have been significantly improved. Breakfast was particularly underwhelming, and I left feeling unsatisfied. Overall, I was expecting more from the culinary offerings at this hotel.
I was a bit disappointed with the dining experience, as it didn't quite live up to the 5-star standard. The food was mediocre, which was a letdown.

Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel, and the adults-only pool was a serene oasis. However, there were a few instances where the service was a bit slow. We requested an iron, but it never arrived.

Unfortunately, everything else fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed disengaged, almost as if they were doing me a favor by serving me, and their customer service was lacking. The concierge was unhelpful, insisting that I use the app to book activities, even when I didn't have my phone or the app wasn't working.
