I had a great experience overall, but there was a bit of a drama with the billing. I was charged twice for a 100 real fee, and I had to show my receipts to sort it out. Apparently, there was a miscommunication between the reception and the manager, who wasn't aware of what was going on. Luckily, I had proof, or I could have been in trouble.

I was pretty underwhelmed by my stay. The breakfast was subpar, the internet was slow and spotty, and the TV in the room was old and would freeze up when streaming. Oh, and I wasn't told that the room had no window until I got there - that would've been good to know beforehand.

Overall, it was an okay stay, but that's about it. The only real letdown was the breakfast - specifically, the cold eggs.
