I loved the food overall; breakfasts are good, but the coffee needs improvement. The dinners were spectacular, especially the fish presented in various ways—definitely the highlight of the hotel. Extra kudos to the chef; the pool is very clean and the views are beautiful. The mattresses could be better—they were too soft, and in the double room two mattresses together were not ideal. The coffee was especially lacking, with more water than coffee. Aside from these two points, the hotel offers excellent service.

The hotel is very beautiful and pleasant. The pool is great, the beach is magnificent. The bed is super comfortable, and the room is large. Water bottles were offered free throughout the stay. I liked the airport shuttle and the city excursion. The breakfast buffet is simple but tasty. Live music on Saturday nights. The dive club is excellent! However, it is quite isolated if you don’t have a car. My shower was not great. The restaurant menu is pricey, so half‑board is preferable. On Saturday nights there is only a buffet option for €50.

The staff were friendly, well‑trained, and very helpful—when we had an issue with the bathroom it was fixed right away. Everything was clean and ran smoothly. You can go with the hotel team to Santana Island, which was a great experience. The price and quality of meals, especially breakfast, could be better. It’s not a major drawback, but it was a pity the beach bar wasn’t open.

Great location, beautiful beach, and a steam sauna. The pool service was comparatively attentive, but lunch couldn’t be taken to the pool; you had to go up to the restaurant, which was a bit disappointing. Very quiet. The free boat trip was canceled at the last minute, even though the weather was fine. The staff (with a few exceptions) are not fully on top, and their English is very limited—even at reception. Mosquito nets over the beds would have been nice, but they were unfortunately missing.
