“Pessima”

I had never experienced such a lack of hygiene and maintenance before. I’m not against simple accommodations, but paying for a stay and finding an environment devoid of basic cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the neglect was obvious: the walls were dirty, and the small bathroom window—our only source of ventilation—was covered in accumulated dust that clearly didn’t belong to a day or a week of neglect. Loose wires, an air‑conditioner that smelled strongly of poor sanitation, and a unit that was extremely weak for the room made us feel that its maintenance and cleaning had been overdue for a long time. The mattress was very soft and warped, making it impossible to sleep comfortably; I woke up with back pain. The blanket was in such poor condition that I didn’t want to use it, and the towels were extremely worn, as if they had survived many battles. Basic fixtures failed as well: the shower barely dripped, and the toilet had no flush. We had to complain for these issues to be partially resolved. What struck me most was that, even though our check‑in was only in the late afternoon, the room hadn’t been inspected beforehand. The shower, flush, cleaning, and overall condition should have been verified before handing over the room. The result was a terrible night: I slept poorly, woke several times during the night, and the next day I was completely exhausted for the planned outing. I’m glad we only booked one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects at least basic comfort and cleanliness. A simple, old, non‑luxury stay is fine, but not when it’s so poorly maintained.

Parking and breakfast were simple but adequate, though flies were everywhere. The bathroom was a problem: the air‑conditioner turned off at 3 am one night, and on the same day there was no water to brush my teeth when I woke up.
