Its location was fine. The food, hygiene, and room arrangement were not satisfactory.

Breakfast was good, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the ski slopes were right at the hotel’s doorstep. The lunch menu was a bit limited, especially the fast‑food and pizza options, and the pizza was relatively expensive.

The location is superb with a great view, and the staff are polite and helpful. However, the value for money is very low. The hotel feels very old, as do the facilities and rooms, which are also small. Towels and toilet paper were cheap, and the water pressure in both the sink and the bath was off. The worst part was breakfast, which was the same every morning and tasted bad.

The only bright spot was that the hotel sits directly on the slopes. Breakfast was awful—the worst coffee I’ve had in a while. They repeated the exact same open‑bar choices for six consecutive days, with only one cheese option. The building layout was odd; you have to go down and wander through the basement for a while to reach your room. I’ve stayed in better hotels at Les Deux Alpes before.
