The location was good, the breakfast was decent, the hot water worked, and everything was clean. Nothing exceptional, but good value. We were well attended, the staff were kind and helpful, and communication was clear. The bed had a gap between the mattress and the headboard that I didn’t understand… it made sleeping difficult. I’m not sure if there were pillows before that were removed, but it didn’t make sense. The pillow slipped all night… nothing catastrophic, but it affected my sleep quality.
