I stayed in a clean room that was tidied during the day, but the booking didn't tell me that the accommodation was in a different location from the check‑in point. The two places are about a kilometre apart, which is very inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. You check in at the Malavoglia hotel where the staff is very friendly, but then you have to walk a kilometre. At the actual location there was no sign indicating which floor the apartment is on, and the front door had no number. We ran around the floors and had to ring the bell to get inside. The kitchen is present but useless – it lacks a kettle, cutlery, and plates. The gas stove doesn’t work, and there isn’t even a pot.
“Fantastica struttura pulita e personale preparato e cortese”
The structure is excellent.
“Tanta nostalgia di un luogo meraviglioso.”
The hotel’s location, the quiet atmosphere with very polite guests, the offered services, and the staff’s professionalism were all great. I would say I liked everything and found no flaws.
“Aci Trezzo is beautiful 🫶”
The property was clean, but the check‑in process was confusing and slow. We were not told beforehand that we had to check in at a different hotel 1 km away, which caused needless confusion. Better details about the exact floor and apartment number would have smoothed the arrival – instead we spent over an hour sorting everything out. The bathroom has a problem: whenever the toilet is flushed, an unpleasant odour rises through the shower drain. This needs to be fixed quickly to make future stays comfortable. With clearer check‑in instructions and prompt attention to the bathroom odour, the property could offer a much better experience. I hope the owner resolves these issues soon for the benefit of future guests.
“They try to scam us”
There was no breakfast. Everything was bad.
