The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
The breakfast at this hotel was top-notch, I really enjoyed it.

“Very pleasant stay. Returning there in3 days time, requested same room”
It was very basic, but the bathroom was very small.
“I have explained it above”
The facilities were clean, the bed was lovely and comfortable, the area was quiet, and we really liked the free breakfast. All staff were lovely. However, with a heavily bandaged foot and a plastic bag over it, there was no shower mat so I couldn’t shower for fear of slipping. We had bought a take‑away dinner in Port Augusta, but there were no knives, forks, plates, or dishes for heating it in the microwave, so we were lucky to have the free breakfast because we couldn’t eat our toast and cereal without utensils and dishes. I’m not sure what the microwave was for. I also spilled water on the desk and there were no cloths to wipe it up, so I used a singlet. It was the first motel I’ve stayed in that never had plates, cutlery, or a toaster. I was very disappointed, especially when we couldn’t heat up our dinner in foil containers. Apart from that, everything was okay.
“Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!”
Breakfast was a bonus, especially having TV news during the meal. I also liked the hassle‑free checkout by leaving my key at breakfast. The free laundry room was handy. The room TV was excellent and had a compatible browser for streaming. A good fridge and a microwave were very convenient. I appreciated the generous bin size and the quality towels. The hotel is close to the shopping centre and petrol station. However, it took me a while to find the bedside power point (on the bottom shelf) and there were no plates in the room. The windows rattled when closing the door, so you had to be gentle!
Breakfast options were good.
Comfort and cleanliness.
