How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The owner responded to the complaint, but the behaviour of other guests was impossible: they smoked right outside my open window, parked a vehicle over two spaces, and made midnight noise when arriving or leaving.

The location was quiet, the house sat in a courtyard, the room was functional and clean, and communication with the host was flawless over the phone. However, my ratings would have been different if the room had not measured 33 °C, even at night when outside it was only 27 °C and I opened the windows; the room stayed at 30/31 °C and it was impossible to sleep with the loud fan.

I appreciated the helpful staff who were very approachable and friendly.

We would gladly return. Everything was fine.

The location was convenient and the room was clean, but the bed has never been so uncomfortable; it looks worn with the leather completely scuffed. A shelf in the shower would be nice since we have to put our shower gel and other items on the floor. There are no glasses or single‑use cups for things like a toothbrush or drinks.
