“Localização boa, hotel muito bom, até que o custo para divertir e ficar no hotel não é alto.”
I liked that the hotel has a Burger King inside, games, heated pools, bars and a convenience store; the room’s cleanliness was terrible, the blankets were dirty, the linens were also bad; the windows and doors were very dirty, the bathroom… very uncomfortable because I value a clean environment a lot, which takes away from the comfort of the stay.
The attractions and location were great, but the staff were terrible—rude and slow to respond when I asked for a set of towels. The apartment for five people only had three towels, and it took a day and a half after five complaints for a few people to bring more, with little organization.
“Até a próxima...férias”
The stay was good and the place was clean, but there were too few elevators for a building that size—only one was working out of three.
The environment was super pleasant, the staff were attentive and polite, and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Next time I'll use the hotel’s restaurant.
