The concept is great, but the freshly renovated sink lacks a seal, so the baseboards swell and there's a smell that probably isn’t from the drain and could be fixed easily. The parking situation is a bit tricky, not for me but for the tenant in the adjacent unit. The SUV, the spot, and the self‑appointed driver’s cognitive skills just didn’t match. We didn’t become friends… It would help to add more gravel to the right side so it fits the mainstream driver too 😜

The room layout was well arranged, attractive and cozy. Everything needed for a short stay was present. It was very tidy and clean. There is a possibility to make tea or coffee, and a small fridge is also on site—great! The location is central to the seal station or the Friedrichskoog Point. The shower floor is slippery when wet.
