The location was great. We arrived at 12.30 pm and were told we could check‑in at 15.00 pm, but we could leave our luggage, which we appreciated. When we returned at 16.30 pm, we were told the room was still not ready for unknown reasons, even though we had plenty of time. After some pressure we got a room, but the receptionist was very rude. The room had no Wi‑Fi, only outside. When we asked her about Wi‑Fi in the room, she replied that she couldn’t control the entire internet and was still rude. If the staff member isn’t interested in her job, she should find something else. The shower had no hot water.

The reception was welcoming, parking right in front of the room, and the room and bathroom were spotless. For a good evening, you need to be in Twin Falls on the weekend; I was there on a Sunday night, disappointed 😥 but the hotel isn't to blame!
