ราคาถูกในย่านนั้น โดยไม่ต้อไปหาคอนโดพักให้ยุ่งยาก เพราะถ้าไปจองคอนโดแถวนั้นจะวุ่นวาย แต่ถ้าพักที่โรงมแรมก็จะเช็คกินได้ง่าย ห้องพักขนาดกำลังดี ไม่เล็กเกินไป แอร์เย็นดี พักผ่อนได้พอดี ไม่ลำบากมาก เจ้าหน้าที่พยายามดูแลให้อย่างดี. ประตูห้องน้ำที่เป็นประตูไม้ เวลาโดนน้ำทำให้ประตูชื้น ลายไม้ไม่สวย และดูสกปรก ห้องที่ได้เป็นห้องที่เป็น theme รถแข่ง ซึ่งมีความพยายามดี แตดูแล้วไม่ค่อยสวยเท่าไหร่ อยากให้ห้องพักเป็น theme ที่คล้ายๆหันมากกว่า ไม่ต้องแตกต่างกันก็ได้ ส่วนทางเข้าก็อาจจะลึกหน่อย ถ้าเดินอาจจะต้องใช้เวลาและทางค่อนข้างเปลี่ยวด้วย
