Ms. Asun was very friendly and available, but the cold tap in the hand basin didn't work—apparently the plumber was busy, which isn't her fault. We requested a twin room but were given a double where the beds couldn't be separated. The bathroom door opened on its own. It was very hot, even with a fan, and we couldn't sleep with the window open because of street noise. We recommend bringing earplugs; the neighbors are loud.
The service and friendliness of Asun made you feel at home. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen area was spacious and well‑stocked. I would recommend it and, of course, we’ll come back. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
