The view from this hotel is definitely worth staying here! The lobby is truly spectacular, and the dinner and breakfast are good (though pricey). It’s an old‑time property, so you can’t expect high comfort; the room and bathroom are very small, and given the price you’d expect more comfortable beds and better attention to detail, which are quite worn and tired.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. However, the place isn’t winter‑ready; the rooms were very cold and the wall heaters couldn’t keep up, especially since the facilities were usually closed on the booking date.

Excellent location and great service. The room was above the ladies’ room and had no sound insulation; we could hear the hand dryers. It would be better to switch to paper towels.

A beautiful view from the restaurant. 1. Uncomfortable beds. 2. I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. 3. It was windy outside, and the wind whistled through the balcony door. 4. Heating fan - when it was turned off, it was chilly, and when it was running, it was noisy (at night) and hot

The hotel is truly beautiful and historic, with an excellent location and amazing views. Soundproofing isn’t perfect, but given it’s almost 100 years old and everything else is great, it’s acceptable.
