Only one person handled room service for all guests, and the service could be improved by the management.

Very very bad experience . Dirtiest Hotel in this area among all . Don't stay here. Rooms are totally fungus on the wall . Smell is like shit all the time. The location was good and the owner was nice, but Mahabaleshwar is a cold region and we expected a geyser in the room as a bare minimum so we could use warm water anytime. Instead, we learned that there were no geysers and had to ask for water tubs to shower, which was not worth the price we paid.
