There isn’t much to like. The price is like a 5‑star hotel at a 2‑star level; over $400 for a week is outrageous. When I arrived to check in they demanded an extra $100 pet deposit, which they refunded on check‑out, but that should have been disclosed upfront. They are not ADA compliant—no grab bars in the bathroom and no slip mats in the tub, so my wife fell in the shower and hurt her ankle, and I almost fell a few times myself. The beds have never been replaced; they’re hard and smelly, and the comforter looks like it’s from the 80s. It’s very noisy with 1960 traffic, and the housekeeping staff are loud, disrespectful, and downright rude. If you’re willing to spend 5‑star money on 2‑star accommodations, this is the place, but there are better options elsewhere.

“Terrible experience don’t go here”

I never received a room and I still haven’t been refunded. What I dislike is that they advertised rooms at Red Roof, but when I got there they said they were all booked. The front desk was rude for no reason.

“It was adequate more than adequate”

The room was pretty good and the pet policy was great, plus the location was spot on. The staff could have been friendlier and more customer‑service oriented, but I do owe the woman at the late‑night desk an apology—she didn’t wake me up at 4:00 for my flight and I almost missed it. They can tighten up on that, but I’m sorry for how I reacted. The world shouldn’t get to me like that 💥❤️

I liked the AC, but the stained curtains, big roaches, and bedding with previous cigarette burns were a problem. The bed was hard and old, and every pillow was so flat. Also, they don’t accept Cash App or Chime at the front desk.
