The room was quite large. The owner answered our problems immediately and sent us personal hygiene products right away. The price and included services didn’t match up. When you enter the building there’s a shared area, and outside the front door there were a lot of trash piles, while inside there were bags of supposedly washed sheets and towels, and the sink had unwashed dishes. In the room, a small fan in the corner of the wall had fallen onto the floor so we moved it to another corner; the opposite fan was glued to the wallpaper. The bathroom tap was clogged and there were no personal hygiene items such as shampoo or body wash. The tiny balcony that the room had was dirty. Also, even though the listing says there’s a luggage storage area, we were told there isn’t one, so after we left the room at the agreed time we had to pay extra because our flight was in the afternoon.

The location was central and the apartment was spacious enough for us to stay in 15. There was a lot of chaos during check‑in and when paying the tourist tax, the apartment wasn’t as clean as it should be, and there were missing support points; there was also a bad odor caused by dampness.

The place is conveniently located, has a kitchenette and a washing machine, and is close to shops and attractions, about 400 m from the underground. The host communicated well and was very easy to get along with. When we arrived we only had cold water until we were told to go outside and start the hot water tank in the common area, but after that we had hot water.

“Not worth the money, some facility updates are needed”

It’s centrally located and the host was kind. To be honest we were disappointed by the accommodation we found here compared to how the photos on the site look. Towels and sheets were dirty, the windows and doors couldn’t be fully closed, so we had to block them with a wardrobe or something to keep the cold out and it was very noisy from outside. The shower and sink in one room were somehow broken and didn’t work well, so the sink overflowed everywhere (we managed to make it work a little better). The shower runs too slowly…

The directions were very clear for checking into the room and for arriving from the central station, which was very useful. Anna’s service was attentive at all times. I would have liked there to be soap for the washing machine; I would have used it to wash, but I didn’t find any. This time it was a short trip in Italy. When I’ve taken long trips, I usually bring it with me, but not this time. If I hadn’t, it wouldn’t have been a problem.
