“A nice hotel for short stay”
They gave us a room to freshen up before heading to the airport since our flight was in the evening. Check‑in was smooth and the bed was comfortable. The room was smaller than I had expected.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. It sits right in the center of everything. We have stayed here three times already and will definitely return. The price is a bit high if there’s an F1 concert.

The location was excellent—close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Singapore Plaza, with bus services nearby and small cafés just a short walk away. The pool was a welcome relief after a long day. Staff were very friendly and Slterlyn was extremely helpful. I loved the free ice cream from 3‑5 pm, a nice treat. The bar/restaurant was closed in the evening, so we had to eat out, but there were options nearby; it wasn’t a deal‑breaker, just a slight inconvenience that should be mentioned on their website.

The spot was great, right by the metro and with loads of eateries and shops nearby. Everything else was perfect.

It was decent for what it was, but the staff didn’t offer much help.
