Some of the staff were good, but many were absent‑minded. The amenities and the room did not match what was shown in the advertisement, and maintenance was very poor. A lot of misleading information was given about the property in the ad.

Nothing positive to mention. The rooms were not clean, the room key was not provided, and the linen had stains. It was very unhygienic.

Nothing. Very poor hospitality, cleaning, Hotel charged extra for early check in though it is pre-approved by . For taking bath, I was waited for 3 hours because hotel was not having towels
