They’re scammers… I booked online for a day, but the check‑in was at 12 pm while I arrived at 10 am, two hours early, and I’d already mentioned this online. At 7 pm the reception guy MONU told me to leave the room because he’d given me a room two hours earlier. I told him I’d booked a 24‑hour stay, but he said no, just leave because “I’m the owner.” He did this a second time. I booked this room on 11 July as well. The online price was 1276 per day, yet he demanded 1300 and showed me a QR on the reception with the name NITIN JAIN. I don’t know how this is happening at this property—who’s the owner? They’re just fraudsters.
