The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was nice and not too small, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the location was perfect. The shuttle from the hotel to the market in Cannobio was also great. The balcony, though, was tiny.

The staff were very friendly, the room was generous, the location was great, and the breakfast had a huge selection. The coffee, however, should come from a proper machine rather than an automatic dispenser; it tasted odd, and at first we thought the milk might be sour…

We stayed in a dream room, a Superior Suite on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the lake. The room was very large, split into two areas, beautifully furnished and equipped with very comfortable beds. The hotel itself was very quiet, situated in a calm area, and the proximity to the lake was a major plus. The park and pool were well maintained and perfectly located. Breakfast offered a wide selection. We dined twice in the evening; the kitchen was excellent, the timing was spot on, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We consider this a top address. The only criticisms were at a high level: the egg crumble should be made with fresh, real eggs, and we could hear our neighbors very well, both their conversations and the TV. We think the hotel would benefit from better sound insulation. Those are the only issues we found.

The location is exceptionally beautiful, central yet tranquil. The ambiance is very stylish, the staff are courteous, and the breakfast is a dream. The cuisine is outstanding! You can enjoy a boat tour from the hotel's own pier and boat. Quiet luxury for a relaxed stay.
