The staff were pleasant and courteous, and it was a decent budget hotel for a one‑night stay near Aerocity with a short taxi ride to the airport; basic breakfast was included. After requesting a pillow exchange there were no real issues, and we arrived late and left early, which suited our basic needs for that night.
