“The hotel company didn't let me check in. FabHotel Prime Indeedcare , FAKE BOOKING, STAY OTHER HOTEL”

The hotel claims no partnership with Fabhotels and accuses us of fraud. They denied me check‑in and I had to request a refund of my advance payment. My confirmation number was 5369828611, Booking ID F1EV7P, with check‑in on 31 Dec'25 at 12:00 PM and check‑out on 02 Jan'26 by 11:00 AM. The hotel’s statement about defrauding customers and the request to blacklist their site is completely false.

“Worst experience , totally unprofessional.”

The experience was the worst; everything felt unprofessional. After receiving confirmation from FAB Hotel Prime and paying the booking amount, no room was assigned to us. It was a full harassment for us, traveling with kids and women for three to four hours from Kolkata. They somehow allocated a room for two rooms, and later in the evening they assigned another one but charged a premium. This nonsense and unprofessional headache ruined what should have been a leisure trip. Everyone should be cautious.

Breakfast was OK, The room was OK, but the washroom were bad Geyser was not working. Tea Kettle was there but cups not given,tea bags given but no powder milk provided. Bathrooms
