The location is good, but the carpets are bad and there is neither AC nor a fan.

The proximity to public transport is great, but there is no reception inside the building; you must walk 300 m to the reception, and the taxi dropped me at the reception door, forcing me to carry my luggage 300 m down the street.

The convenience of being close to the metro and tram stops is a plus, yet no one works at the reception and room cleaning is awful; they only change sheets and refill personal cleaning products. To get clean towels I had to steal them from other rooms when they were cleaned and left open. I don’t understand why they only give clean towels once a week. The trash can was never cleaned and the balcony was always dirty.

Great spot, just a few minutes on foot from the metro and tram stop, and you can reach the city centre or the station in a few minutes. The rooms were clean and well‑maintained, and they offered the rental services mentioned in the description. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check‑in time and were able to leave our luggage there to start exploring the city. The only downside was that when we got there, the reception wasn’t open and we had to approach the OYA building.

The room looked nice but wasn’t ready for two adults, only one, for some reason. It wasn’t prepared on time, but that was acceptable. I was unhappy to find no one at reception, no notes left even during breaks. I had to go to another location with all my belongings to check in, and only then could I access my room; I was supposed to return to the hotel where I had booked. My partner and I spent a long time traveling there, and we were not happy to see no one at reception.
