The staff who escorted us were courteous, but the room itself was just a four‑wall space with a TV, no place to put luggage, no wardrobe, a hard and noisy bed, a new bathroom that only had a detergent bucket, no welcome kit, and no towel hook to hang towels or shower curtains.
