“VERY NICE”

Courteous and caring staff, especially at the front desk. Ms. Thapa actually carried my bag up to my room because there was no bellboy, even though I protested! Excellent food and reasonably priced. All good.

The hotel's location was its best feature, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. However, the swimming pool was a major letdown, which was a shame given the hotel's otherwise convenient location. Overall, the location was a major plus, but the pool was a disappointment.
