Everything was good, but the room facing the outside lacked double glazing.

Everything was great, and there was nothing to complain about.

Overall, a great place to stay; the area is quiet with plenty of good restaurants and cafés nearby, the communal areas were clean, tidy, and well equipped, and every interaction with the staff was very pleasant—would recommend and return when I’m in town again. I stayed in the 4‑bed women’s room, which had plenty of space for everyone, although it felt a bit hot at times, perhaps because of the city’s humidity, but otherwise everything was lovely.

It was my first time staying in a hotel, and I loved it; I stayed in a room with a private bathroom but also saw the communal bathroom, which was very clean. The place was extremely clean and organized—great job. I highly recommend it.
