The owners are kind and very helpful, the building is modern, well furnished and cozy. The view is gorgeous and the breakfast is spectacular. Highly recommended. It is a bit tricky to reach without a GPS, but it’s worth it.

The Panorama Suite is a beautiful oasis of calm in the green surroundings with a view of the historic city of Piazza Armerina. Nicky and Roberto welcomed us warmly and go out of their way to pamper guests; they even arranged pizza delivery in the evenings if you want, which we gratefully used. In the mornings you can enjoy a deliciously extensive breakfast, with Nicky’s stunning creations to admire. The B&B has been beautifully renovated with ultra‑modern rooms and bathrooms while keeping authenticity. The rooms and the entire B&B environment were spotless and impeccably maintained. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful B&B!

High‑quality services: very modern premises, … a pleasant terrace with a view of Piazza Armerina. Friendly hosts. Unfortunately the car access is difficult, even impressive, and the hosts are very aware of this.

Roberto and Nicky were outstanding hosts, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and a breakfast that tops any other. When we needed a pizza for dinner, the delivery server was a lifesaver. The villa is just a short walk from Villa Romana del Casale, which is a must-see. The only downside is the access road: it’s narrow and steep, so arrive during daylight and read the detailed directions Roberto and Nicky gave you beforehand. If you’re prone to mosquito bites, bring some repellent or ask Roberto and Nicky for a supply.
