The location was great and the wellness area was top. We were rebooked and ended up with a room in the old annex at the other hotel, which was unrenovated. Even being assigned a table in the old dining hall felt like second class. At least the wellness area was nice.

The location is great for skiers, and parking is at the hotel. Breakfast was only cold, but tasty and sufficient.

The staff were very kind, the breakfast was great, and the lady making eggs was wonderful. The kids’ playroom was excellent with plenty of entertainment. The pools were warm and our kids adored them. A thoughtful touch was when I had a terrible headache and asked at reception for painkillers; they actually sold ibuprofen, which was really considerate. The location is excellent, practically on the slopes, but you have to walk about 50 m to the start of the slope. That’s usually fine, but with small kids trying to get to the slope quickly, it’s a drawback because you still have to carry the skis and everything.

The location is perfect. Breakfast was not good. The ski room isn’t locked, so it doesn’t feel safe.
