It was ordinary, but the lobby space and the direction to breakfast were confusing, and the breakfast itself was unexciting.

It’s hands down the best spot in the area, within walking distance of the ski resort lifts; the rooms and food are basic, yet the staff are excellent!

I loved the amenities—the onsen was great, the bedroom was above average size, and the location was just 2 minutes from Bear Mountain; I’ll stay again.

The dinner was exceptional, the onsen good but not outstanding, and the location very pretty; if you enjoy stargazing you won’t be disappointed, even with some ambient light, I still saw a gazillion stars.
