“Espetacular, recomendo muito!”
The stay turned into a memory that will stay with us forever, thanks to an absolutely outstanding staff who were constantly attentive, available and genuinely keen on making sure everything ran smoothly, which truly made the difference. The Riad’s facilities are first‑rate, the property feels five‑star, the breakfast is very good, and the location inside the Medina is both perfect and safe – just a short walk to the souks yet set in a quiet area that’s ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed the pool to cool off on the hotter days and the rooftop where we had breakfast with views over the Medina and the mountains, all impeccably clean and beautiful. On the first day they handed us a map that proved extremely useful for navigating the Medina and picking the best routes, even walking with us for part of the way, which gave us a lot more confidence. The staff also organized a road‑trip to the Atlas Mountains that included a lunch at a local family’s home – an authentic, special and unforgettable experience. A key tip: book everything directly with the Riad, including the airport transfer; it worked flawlessly for our family of five, with a driver picking us up from the car and escorting us to the Riad. If you plan tours or visits to other cities, arranging them through the Riad is advisable – the team is extremely helpful, can tailor programmes, and handles everything professionally so you can enjoy the trip without worries and even avoid the most touristy spots. We have no negatives to mention and would recommend this Riad without hesitation; we’d return in a heartbeat. Nordin, Mourad and everyone working there, a huge “shukran” / “obrigada” to you!

This Riad is a little oasis in the Medina. The courtyard is just so pretty, the pool was wonderfully refreshing and a little bigger than I expected. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great AC. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay in Marrakech. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is plentiful and served on the lovely covered terrace with beautiful views. There is also a sun terrace with a large umbrella if needed. This place was perfect for our stay.
