The accommodation was fantastic and the breakfast was superb, but the location was a bit remote.
“Bad expirience”
Clean. We are submitting a formal complaint about our one-night stay in room #3 at Willa Piękny Widok, for which my wife, Orna, and I paid PLN 559. We request appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by the room’s condition and the management’s failure to address a known problem. This is the first time in many years that we have submitted a complaint about accommodation. We understand that problems can occasionally arise, but the appalling lack of service at this property has compelled us to do so. When we returned from dinner at approximately 9:00 p.m. and wanted to go to sleep, we discovered that four powerful exterior spotlights around our balcony were shining directly into the room. The central curtain appeared to be broken and could not be closed, leaving the room exposed to strong artificial light at night and daylight in the morning. At approximately 9:30 p.m., I went to find someone who could help. Reception was unattended. Nobody responded when I rang the entrance bell, and our calls to the property’s telephone number went unanswered. After hearing voices downstairs, I went to the basement level and found two staff members who appeared to be housekeeping staff. One of them was kind and tried to help despite speaking limited English. She eventually contacted a person named Viktor, whom I spoke with by telephone. Viktor was polite and apologised several times. However, he acknowledged that previous guests had already reported this problem. He said the exterior lights could not be switched off without disconnecting the electricity to the entire villa. I found this explanation difficult to understand, although I recognised that he was not an electrician. Both Viktor and the staff member told me that the owners could not be reached. Viktor said he would inform them, but he could offer no practical solution beyond suggesting that the four spotlights be covered

Fantastic service, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and a terrace dinner at sunset. It would have been better if the entrance from ul. Bema were at least a gate.
Everything was wonderful – spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant was outstanding, and we enjoyed dinner in a pleasant setting!
The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the food was good. A big plus was the free parking. I will definitely return.
