The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but we found no remote controls for the TV or air‑conditioner, and it felt stuffy. There were no glasses in the room at all.

Everything was terrible. The staff were rude or just exhausted, I don’t know. We booked two rooms for 40k, but a system error called “Jakob” meant no room was available, so we had to pay extra for a “luxury” room. We were too tired to fight it. My brother and I had been to many hotels where they asked for our ID and proof of guardianship, but here they didn’t even bother to ask. The rooms were in a classic style, and they pretended to be Louis IV. The sockets didn’t work. The bathrooms had no paper at all. The AC remote was kept at reception, and we couldn’t reach them by phone, so we had to descend from the third floor to the first floor twice to get it. In short, I don’t recommend it if you want a clean stay without drama.
