The only thing good was the location. The room was filled with cigarette smoke, and the AC room we booked turned out to be a fan‑only room; after nearly three hours of complaining we finally got an AC room that still smelled of cigarettes. I was traveling with a minor who kept coughing because of the smoke, and in the morning there was no water. I tried calling reception, but no one answered for almost 30 minutes before someone finally took my call. Avoid this place, especially if you’re traveling with women or children.

The staff tried to improve the situation, but our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, and they seemed unprepared for us; some rooms were only partially clean, with sheets being changed right in front of us and dust being swept, while another room came with dirty, smelly sheets, and the photos online didn't match the actual location, making it hard to find the place.
