We walked in to find a private kids’ birthday party in full swing, which wasn’t mentioned at all in the listing. The room itself had a lumpy mattress and terrible pillows, and the bathroom was missing enough toilet paper, face towels, and even soap or blankets. Breakfast was a bare‑bones affair with only a few items on offer. All in all, it felt pretty disappointing.
