The bed was super comfy, and the private balcony was perfect for evening drinks and relaxing, plus the spot itself was nice. I loved the myna birds visiting in the mornings and the forest sounds. The owners were helpful and friendly. However, there was no mirror in the bedroom, the shower head had weak pressure and didn’t work well (though it was hot). The front doors closed at 21.30, which felt a little early for us.

The building’s local design is unique, and you can see the beautiful mountain view right outside; the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty 👍🏾, plus they offer unlimited bottled water. The Wi‑Fi was fast and smooth. On the downside, the shared toilet seat cover kept falling off every time you sat down, ruining the bathroom experience. When we arrived, the weather was wet and cool all day, so the hotel couldn’t provide hot showers, which was unacceptable for someone used to hot baths, and they didn’t warn us beforehand, which felt bad.

The place is excellent; we think we got a complimentary upgrade because it was a bit quieter. Breakfast was great and left me full. The staff were kind, and the main walking street is just a 15‑second walk away. The nearby local restaurant Samsara is incredible, and Chhoila Momo’s served one of the top five meals of my life! The only downside was the daytime construction nearby, which was noisy.
