“Took a refund for the remaining booking and left.”
The property was the worst I’ve seen—absolutely unclean. We checked in at night and the next morning there was no water in the washroom. When we told reception, they said we’d have to use a washroom at another hotel of theirs and then come back while they tried to fix it.
The bathroom was spotless and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The value for money was great, and we’ll definitely return.
“horrible”
Nothing positive, everything negative.
