didn't even stay walked in and walked out, couldn't stay in rooms with my asthma smell cig smoke and mildew

The bed looked new and the flooring was fine, but the bathroom was tiny and filthy, and the room, though labeled “non‑smoking,” still smelled of smoke. Lighting was horrible. I checked in over the phone, but no one answered when I tried to check out. At least we only slept there, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed.

The location was great, away from traffic noise, and the beds were new and comfortable. However, there were unexplainable noises all night—whistling from a pipe. The bathroom was very small, and the renovations were poorly done: caulking was messy and crumbling. It was a dark room, and the light switch wouldn’t turn the light on or off.

There was nothing positive to note. I couldn’t check in when I needed to, so I had to cancel my reservation and requested a refund, which was not granted.
